Most team-building venues are two hours from Bucharest, which means one of the two days you pay for is spent on the road. We are minutes away: the team leaves at nine and is here before ten.
You get 4,000 sqm outdoors, covered pavilions for the presentation part and separate areas for group work. On weekdays the rate is significantly lower than at the weekend.

The gazebo, the woodland and the lawn are four distinct areas a few steps apart. Groups work separately without hearing each other and without anyone getting in a car.

Frequently asked questions
How long is the drive from Bucharest?
A few minutes from the edge of the city, on tarmac all the way into the yard. It is the main reason companies choose us: you do not lose half a day on a coach.
Is there accommodation for two-day offsites?
Not on site. We work with guesthouses 5–10 minutes away and will make the introduction. For two-day offsites, the second day of rental is discounted.
Can a training run if it rains?
Yes. The pavilions give 200 sqm of covered space, with sides that close and heating. The projector and the internet work regardless of the weather.
How does payment work for companies?
Standard contract, VAT invoice and negotiable payment terms. The deposit can go by bank transfer, and the balance after the event if your procedure requires it.
