Most team-building venues are two hours from Bucharest, which means one of the two days you pay for is spent on the road. We are minutes away: the team leaves at nine and is here before ten.
You get 4,000 sqm outdoors, four separate areas for group work, two covered pavilions with the tables already set out, and internet on site. The venue is hired turnkey and runs self-service: you receive an equipped space and shape it around your agenda, with nobody hovering. On weekdays the rate is significantly lower than at the weekend.

The two pavilions are roofed and have tables and chairs set out for the whole team, so there is somewhere to gather even if it rains. There is internet on site, and a projector and flipchart can be arranged on request. The rest of the day happens on the grass, which is half the reason for taking the team out of the office.
The woodland, the lawn, the gazebo and the pavilions are distinct spaces. Groups work separately without hearing each other and without anyone getting in a car to change location.
The gazebo barbecue is equipped, with its own tools, and the refrigerated display keeps everything cold from the morning. A lunch cooked on the spot does more for a team day than most items on the agenda.
A proper invoice, a contract with terms your procurement team will recognise, and the option to book several consecutive days with a discount from the second one.
A few minutes from the edge of the city, on tarmac all the way into the yard. It is the main reason companies choose us: you do not lose half a day on a coach.
Internet, tables and chairs for 60 people, the equipped barbecue in the gazebo, the refrigerated display, ambient lighting, the sound system, parking and washrooms. Cleaning is included. A projector and a flipchart can be arranged on request — tell us in advance and they are ready on the day.
Not on site. We work with guesthouses 5–10 minutes away and will make the introduction. For two-day offsites, the second day of rental is discounted.
Yes, the pavilions give 200 sqm of covered space and the tables are set out there anyway. The sides stay open, so it is shelter from rain rather than a closed room — in genuinely cold weather it is worth picking a date in the warm season.
For companies we work with a flat day rate rather than per head: 2,800 lei Monday to Thursday and 4,200 at the weekend for a full day, with 30% off a second consecutive day. Standard contract, a proper invoice and negotiable payment terms. The deposit can go by bank transfer, and the balance after the event if your procedure requires it.
