What everyone asks

Up to 60 guests. This is not a venue for large gatherings and we never wanted it to be: at 60 people everyone fits at the same table under the pavilions, leaving the lawn and woodland free. For groups under 20, the gazebo alone is plenty to sit in — but the grounds are still all yours, woodland and lawn included. We do not hire out zones separately.

Yes, anyone you like, and we charge nothing extra for it. They will find the equipped barbecue in the gazebo, the refrigerated display that keeps everything cold, and the tables already set out under the pavilions. If you do not have someone yet, we will share a list we genuinely recommend — a suggestion, not a condition.

Not on site. We do have arrangements with three guesthouses five to ten minutes away by car, which hold rooms for our events. We put you in touch once your date is confirmed.

The whole venue is outdoors, but both pavilions and the gazebo are roofed, and the tables sit under cover anyway. The rain plan is effectively already built: there is nothing to move and no decisions to make in the rain. The sides stay open, so driving rain will reach the edges — worth knowing if you are looking at a date in early spring or late autumn.

Events finish at 22:00 whatever the package: the full day runs 10:00 to 22:00, the morning half 10:00 to 16:00, the evening half 17:00 to 22:00. On volume: the sound system is for background music, not for a party with the speakers maxed out. That is a choice, not a shortcoming — here people sit at the table for hours and can hear each other, and the quiet in the evening is half the reason the drive is worth it. If you want a live band and a full dance floor until morning, tell us early and we will say honestly whether this is the right place.

Food, drink and any styling you want. Tableware is not in the rate: pots, plates, glasses and cutlery are put out on request only, so tell us in advance if you need them. Most people come with a caterer who brings everything anyway, while those doing a family barbecue simply ask us for the tableware. Everything else — tables, chairs, equipped barbecue, refrigerated display, ambient lighting, sound system, internet, parking and washrooms — is already here, and cleaning is part of the rate.

30% deposit on signing, which locks the date for good. The balance is due seven days before the event. We accept bank transfer and issue an invoice. For companies, an invoice with negotiable payment terms.

Per guest, not as a flat fee. Monday to Thursday, 45 lei per person for a half day and 65 for a full day, with a billed minimum of 15 people. Friday to Sunday, 60 and 90 lei, with a minimum of 20. However many of you there are, you get all 4,000 sqm: we do not sell separate zones and we never run two events in one day. April and October are 25% less, and between November and March we discuss case by case, because the venue is outdoors. For companies we work with a flat day rate and a proper invoice, so you have one round figure for your accounts.

Yes, and that is exactly why the midweek minimum is 15 people. You pay 675 lei for six hours and get the same 4,000 sqm a group of sixty gets: the woodland, the lawn, the gazebo with its barbecue, the pavilions, all of it. We could not give you less if we wanted to, because the venue is not divided into zones. A small group in a large garden is not waste — it is quiet and room to move, which you will not find anywhere else at this price.

Yes, 500 lei alongside the booking deposit, returned within 48 hours of the event if everything is intact. It is not a fee and not a leu is kept if nothing is damaged. This is a self-service venue, so nobody from our side stands beside you during the event, and the deposit is the fair way to cover the things that rarely happen but do.

The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel more than 90 days ahead. Between 90 and 30 days we refund half. Under 30 days the deposit is not refunded, but you may move the event once to any free date within 12 months at no cost. Separately: if extreme weather is forecast for the day, you move the date free of charge, however close we are. We are outdoors and there is no sense pretending otherwise.

We are in Joița, just outside Bucharest. There are two ways in: off the A1 motorway at the Bolintin exit, or along the București – Târgoviște road. Both are tarmac all the way to the gate and passable in any weather. We have our own parking for about 20 cars, which covers an event of 60 guests if people come three to a car. We send the exact map pin with your confirmation.

Of course — we insist on it. We arrange visits at weekends and during the week, including after hours. Bring whoever you like: parents, wedding planner, photographer. We set aside an hour so you can see everything unhurried.
