The spaces
You hire the whole 4,000 sqm, not one corner of it. Woodland, lawn, gazebo and pavilions, a few steps apart, all yours on the same day. Everything is outdoors, and the pavilions and the gazebo are roofed, so rain spoils nothing.
The corner with the oldest trees on the property. Shade all day, and in the afternoon the light comes through the branches — this is where the photographs happen, without anyone asking. It is also the coolest spot on the site in August, and in the evening the ambient lighting keeps it open well after sunset.
The open ground at the centre of the site, level and mown. Room for the ceremony, for afternoon games, or for one long table under open sky. The grass is kept all season, not just on the day.
The timber structure at the edge of the woodland, roofed and open on the sides. This is where the barbecue lives, with its own tools and chopping boards, and next to it the refrigerated display that keeps food and drink cold all day.
Two adjoining covered structures with the tables and chairs already set out for every guest. The roof keeps the rain off, the sides stay open, and you rearrange the furniture however suits you. This is where you eat.
One event per day. The venue is yours from morning to morning.

What you find here
You take the venue turnkey and move at your own pace, with no imposed schedule and nobody hovering. The infrastructure is installed and waiting; what goes on the tables is entirely your call.

The barbecue comes with its own tools and chopping boards, and beside it a refrigerated display keeps everything cold all day. Bring the food and the drink without hauling cool boxes around.
Two roofed pavilions with the furniture in place for every guest. Rearrange it however and whenever you like. You pay nothing extra for furniture and wait for nobody to deliver it.
Ambient lighting across the grounds, so the evening does not end with the daylight, and a sound system for your playlist. It is built for background music: loud enough to be heard, not loud enough to bury the conversation at the table.

Packages
However many of you there are, you get all 4,000 sqm. We do not split the venue into zones and we never run two events at once — it simply is not laid out that way. You pay per guest, so a small group does not pay what a large one does. The rates below are the Monday to Thursday ones; Friday to Sunday costs more, and April and October are 25% less.

A proper invoice, standard contract and the option to book several consecutive days. Four separate outdoor areas, internet on site, and a projector and flipchart can be arranged on request.
A minimum of 15 people is billed Monday to Thursday and 20 at the weekend, even if fewer of you come. A 500 lei deposit is held at booking and returned within 48 hours of the event. The rate covers the venue with everything installed in it; food, drink and styling you bring yourself, with no corkage. Tableware is put out on request. The first ten bookings get 20% off, in exchange for the right to use photographs from the event.
FAQ
Up to 60 guests. This is not a venue for large gatherings and we never wanted it to be: at 60 people everyone fits at the same table under the pavilions, leaving the lawn and woodland free. For groups under 20, the gazebo alone is plenty to sit in — but the grounds are still all yours, woodland and lawn included. We do not hire out zones separately.
Yes, anyone you like, and we charge nothing extra for it. They will find the equipped barbecue in the gazebo, the refrigerated display that keeps everything cold, and the tables already set out under the pavilions. If you do not have someone yet, we will share a list we genuinely recommend — a suggestion, not a condition.
Not on site. We do have arrangements with three guesthouses five to ten minutes away by car, which hold rooms for our events. We put you in touch once your date is confirmed.
The whole venue is outdoors, but both pavilions and the gazebo are roofed, and the tables sit under cover anyway. The rain plan is effectively already built: there is nothing to move and no decisions to make in the rain. The sides stay open, so driving rain will reach the edges — worth knowing if you are looking at a date in early spring or late autumn.
